Pass the Party loves to create custom, one-of-a-kind parties. With our awesome hire library, quality partyware and a bit of kiwi ingenuity, we can 'imagineer' you a custom party package to suit the party of your dreams!

*please note a minimum of 4 weeks notice is required to create your custom party package*

How it works...

Step 1:

your contact details
your party date
your party venue
approximate number of attendees
what you're celebrating and any ideas you have for your theme or decorations

Step 2:

We'll work a little magic and come back to you with a custom party plan, including a mood board and quote for your event.

Step 3:

If you're happy with the plan, we'll book you in and email an invoice through. Payment in full confirms your booking.
If you want some changes, no worries! We can rework the plan with you, to make sure your party vision come to life.

Step 4:

We'll contact you the week before your event to confirm timing for set up.

Custom Package Hire is subject to item and service availability, please indicate your event dates when you contact us.Custom Package prices are for a maximum 3 day hire within our service area (Christchurch, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Fernside, Pegasus). Hire outside this area may be available with a surcharge, please get in touch if you'd like to discuss. Package price includes drop off and optional set up at one location prior to your event and pick up afterwards. Product may differ slightly from image.
